27 years I’ve been a member… and you can’t even give me the same benefits, that I currently have. Splitting my benefits, its basically half what I have now. Looks like it’s time to shop around, so much for loyalty.

My family lives in the area and we frequent this branch. On our most recent visit, the service was exceptional. Renee served us, and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was helpful in providing us the right information and took the time to clearly explain the different health covers. Absolutely wonderful experience and happy to be a long term client of Medibank Private. Definitely would recommend to my family and friends, and everyone. Thank you for the excellent service!

Just walked out and felt like it couldn’t get any better than that. One of the staff, Renee, was super helpful and friendly. She got everything in place for me in like 3 minutes. Perhaps it is my day today, or simply because of the awesome staff and service.Updated on 11 May 2021: More bills coming my way so I had to visit MediBank again. This time it was Danny who helped me out. He was extremely supportive and cordial.The only reason why I keep leaving these reviews was I thought the low ratings may give visitors a not-so-balanced view on this MediBank branch. I first went there after going through all the overwhelmingly negative reviews. I stepped in, preparing for the worst. Just to find out what I experienced was simply great service provided by excellent staff.

Really poor service and attitude from the Perth team.I changed my policy to a higher level with them a while ago and then I tried to finally claim and found out I couldn’t, because they haven’t updated the system. I have since spent hours trying to sort it out on the phone and online. Thinking I was getting somewhere with the complaints team, they decided not to call me back. Hbf had paid the provider and not me, after sending Hbf the invoice I had already paid the provider in full. Which I notify them about and no phone call back again.After about 10 different phone calls and online chats I was left extremely frustrated to the point that I am going to change health insurance providers.A combination of HBF team members changing their stories or not knowing the rules, giving attitude and matching wits with me has lead me to believe this company does not care about its customers.After getting nowhere it has taken 3 & 1/2 weeks to get to a point where I am finally getting the refund, which I was originally told I would get. As if they are doing me a huge favour.Sometimes spending hours on the phone and online chats you would think compensation for the customer would be a fair option? Not HBF, all you get is a bad attitude from Stephanie and no phone call that was promised from the manager called Guy. Who might contact me next week but is very busy with meetings.Think again if you think you will get a decent service from these guys. If the complaints department is anything to go by, I would just take your business elsewhere.

I can’t say enough about this insurer, I like many others have had to watch my money and find savings somewhere, I had to down grade my cover, I was waiting for the hard sell to discourage me from doing so but received nothing but polite, helpful and non judgemental service no questions just did what I asked

Went in to get some information regarding their policies and what could be a good fit for myself and my partner.Hank helped us and was amazing from the start. Explained everything very clearly and was super friendly.Would highly recommend Hank and the team.Their app is also fantastic and makes everything super simple and easy!
